Sarah also has expertise in urban development policy and various aspects of environmental law such as urban planning, construction and commercial leases.
Sarah assists and advises clients on the full range of legal issues that arise concerning works of art, the art market and the art world. Sarah provides assistance in the areas of negotiation, litigation and counselling in the context of art-related operations.
Sarah also intervenes in matters of environmental law and construction law.
Sarah Lugan teaches financing law within the Master 2 Business real estate at University Pairs I Panthéon Sorbonne. Sarah is General Secretary and member of the Board of Directors of “Sorbonne Immo”, member of the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), of the EACC (European American Chamber of Commerce) and of the IBA – Real Estate Committee (International Bar Association).
