With over 25 years of experience in banking and finance, financial analyst and as an investment banker, in France and the United Kingdom.
As a banker, Phillipe has worked for the group Rothschild and for the group Eurohypo in London, where he ran the London research as the principal corporate real-estate financer and refinancer in Europe. Since twelve years, Phillipe has been in charge of the teaching of financial real-estate analysis in the Real-estate Master’s program at Paris Dauphine.
