Philippe GIANVITI is a French lawyer with a dual French and US culture accredited with the Paris Bar. He is a graduate of the French law schools Paris II and Paris I.

He spent 5 years in the international lawfirms in Paris, Gide Loyrette Nouel and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where he advised French and foreign banks and investment firms on the implementation and the structuration of their activities (financing, transfer of funds, asset management, financial instruments, market transactions) in France and in Europe. He then joined the banking group resulting from the merger of the Caisses d’épargne and Banques populaires, BPCE.

For 11 years he has participated in the structuration of asset financing transactions involving legal, financial and tax leverages.

On October 2018, he joined the law firm NMW to bring his knowledge and techniques for the benefit of French and international clients.

He is associated in the coordination and the structuration of complex transactions requiring transversal skills such as mergers and acquisitions, equity, secured financing and asset management.
